Opening for new support program

We have an opening for the Project Stable Solutions, Permanent Supportive Housing Program. The opening is for a single adult, only. To qualify, individuals Must Be

  1. Literally Homeless or Fleeing a Domestic Violence Situation
  2. Have a Disability
  3. Have Income
  4. Willing to Comply with PSS Program Rules/Regulation
  5. Willing to Meet with the Case Manager, Bi-Weekly
  6. Willing to Complete Goals According to Service Plan

Residents are met Bi-Weekly, to provide emotional and social support, as they identify life goals and make progress towards achieving them.Each resident is responsible for their individual rent portion which is subsidized and based upon their income.Supportive Services are provided through Transportation Assistance, Financial Budgeting Assistance, Employment Linkages and Educational Resources.For more Information contact:Tonette R.
