Come support Crossroads Community Center at Homeless Nights, our annual fundraising dinner and auction! The event will be held on March 29th at the Greenville Convention Center from 5:30 - 8:00pm. Our host, Shayla Reaves from WNCT, will be leading us through an enjoyable night of live music, a live auction that includes a 4 day, 3 night stay at a beach house in Atlantic Beach, and food catered by The Flame of New Bern. All donations are welcome, as $25 dollars funds a resident's night at the shelter. Help us reach our goal of $40,000 to help fight homelessness in Pitt County!Last year’s event was held at the Greenville Country Club, where we raised over $30,000. The event was a huge success, as many people came out to show their support for the homeless and enjoy the evening’s events. The support that we received from the event allowed us to continue to provide daily services within the shelter, such as meals, sleeping arrangements, and career development assistance.Stay tuned for the next blog post, as we will be highlighting some of the big-ticket items that will be up for bidding during the live auction.
