Be a Homeless Knight: Help Raise $30,000 to Fight Homelessness
Medieval performers, published as part of "A Medieval Fundraiser Success" and "Be a Homeless Knight: Help Raise $30,000 to Fight Homelessness"

Here is your friendly reminder to help fight homelessness by coming out to support Crossroads Community Center at our annual medieval festival and fundraiser, Homeless Knights, on April 3rd from 6-8 pm at the Greenville Country Club. We are asking for donations of $25 to cover the cost of keeping one resident off the street. Donations will be accepted for any amount of money. All purchases made at the fundraiser will help us continue to provide day-to-day activities for the shelter, such as food, a place to stay, and job assistance.

Don’t forget, admission is free!

Our goal is to top last year’sHomeless Knights fundraiser that was held on May 23rd at the Dickinson Avenue Public House. We were able to raise 15,000. We would love to see some people dressed according to the medieval theme, although it is not required. There will be a glass blower, a juggler, and stockades you can donate to keep your friends in or out of! It will be a night of fun, dancing and fundraising topped off by a cash bar. The event will be filled with authentic medieval music, a short address given by our directors, and fellowship between supporters of the shelter.

This is the event of the year. You don’t want to miss it. You are welcomed by entertainment and laughter and it’s all for a good cause. There is no pressure to donate more than you come expecting to donate. It was a great time.
