On Saturday, April 17, a group of men from St. James UMC church came to help clean the old school building. The men were Tyler Chanis, Kevin Haltigan, Lynne Garrison, Ken Steinweg, and Aaron Sampon. These men are the "breakfast Ministry Team". Kevin Haltigan, the man who organized the day, very generously provided a dumpster for us. He owns New East Recycling and Container. He brought the dumpster, helped fill it with materials that had to be removed from the center, hauled it away and emptied it. It was literally a Godsend!This cleanup was long overdue. Covid restrictions have kept volunteers from being able to perform this type of work. We so appreciate St. James UMC Breakfast Ministry Team's hard work.
